8 Weeks on the Diet!
8 Weeks on the diet :-) Ill be posting the info on the diet as soon as I get it all typed up. Ive been cheating a little bit the last few days so Im gonna be starting the cleanse again tomorrow! So maybe ill be able to blog each day this time :-) My current weight it 252.3lbs. Ive lost 23ish lbs in the last 8 weeks. Im also down 2 dress sizes :-) Its all a process and Im very happy with the results that Ive gotten so far, Just need to get back on track!
Life Changed and Blog suffered!
I haven’t been keeping up on the blog lately because I had some crazy life changing stuff going on. I broke up with my boyfriend and moved into my new place! I love it :-) But even with all the changes I have kept up with my diet. So I’m going to blog a few things tonight and hopefully get it all caught up! So here goes :-P

Day 1 of 9 day cleanse
Well I weighted myself this morning, and I was 275. Which I thought was strange. I’ve decided that I’m not going to weigh myself everyday I’m going to go like every other day… Today was my first day of the cleanse. I did pretty well, I feel a little blotted but other than that I’m doing well. I feel like I’ve eaten A LOT today, which is a weird change for me! I’m not really a big eater. I just made bad choices for the food I did eat. Tomorrow is another fruit and veggie day… So we will see how it goes J Good night!

Catching Up and Getting Started :-)
Hi there, this post might end up being kind of long and I’m sorry for that but I wanted to tell you a little bit about myself and get you all caught up on my year of weight loss so far… My name is Nicole and I’m 26 soon to be 27. I live in Salem OR, and work 45+ hrs. a week as a caregiver for the elderly. I have a wonderful boyfriend; we have been together for 6 years. I’m hoping one day when things settle down we will get married.
Deciding enough is enough!
In December last year (2010) around Christmas I decided that I was tired of being so big and out of shape. I clocked in at a whopping 285 and a size 24 :-( So I joined my local gym and cut out all the fast food. I didn’t really go gung ho with a diet. Just started making smarter and healthier choices. By April I had lost 17 lbs.! And dropped a pant size! Then I pretty much stalled. I started getting a terrible pain in my heels when I worked out so I stopped going to the gym. I managed to keep my weight at 277. Without going to the gym and just sticking with my no junk food diet.
New Doctor and a diagnosis!
In July I started going to a naturopath doctor here in Salem and he diagnosed me with PCOS. Which explains about 90% of the symptoms I have been having on top of my rapid weight gain?
Current!
My local doctor ran some tests and decided that an extreme diet would work for my now; I’m starting my doctor guided weight loss journey tomorrow! And I’m very excited about it! Tomorrow I start my 9 day cleanse. No coffee L which is going to be the hardest part for me. I’m only going to be allowed to eat fruits and veggies for the next 3 days, followed by 3 days of only drinking fruit and veggie juice, followed by a another 3 days of fruit and veggies again! My doctor says that I should lose about 15lbs in those 9 days! Which sounds AMAZING to Me!!!???? So I’m hoping that I will have time to write on here and keep myself honest and keep a little track on how I’m doing!
So today is 8-17-2011 and my current weight is 276.4
